COMMUNITY DESCRIPTION:
Aldeafeliz born in 2006 by open call to all persons wishing to co – create an ecological community near Bogota. Through a participatory process its name, its principles, its self-government agreements and its territory they are decided. In 2009 the non-profit association Aldeafeliz in order to deliver the Ecovillage to a purpose that lasts over time and generations beyond the personal purposes of its founders believe. In 2013 the community adopts sociocracy becoming the first self-governing community with this participatory methodology in Colombia.
